Broadcasting pathways to
a more collaborative future

From small choices in daily life to organizational strategy, we offer tools and support for making more integrative decisions.

Let’s stop complaining about powerful people making decisions we don’t like, and start building a new way of working together. The Integration Station collective is co-creating spaces where you can find support, community, inspiration, and practical guidance.

We facilitate the transformation toward collaborative leadership, nonviolent facilitation, participatory governance, systemic change, inner transformation, and restorative approaches to conflict. We help you develop the presence, resilience, and skills needed to be part of the nonviolent revolution. With each decision that truly works for everyone, no matter how small, we help build a more caring, peaceful, and sustainable future for all life.

In the pursuit of meaningful action that cares for everyone’s needs.

The “commons” is an openly shared and evolving set of collaborative practices, free for anyone to use, contribute to, and offer feedback. The word “commons” refers to community resources cared for through collective stewardship.

We would love for more people to contribute to the commons! Please get in touch if you want to help with collecting, editing, or publishing practices.
