Making collaborative decisions can be difficult and overwhelming. It’s easy to get discouraged or feel alone. The Integration Station collective is co-creating spaces where people can find community, inspiration, support, and practical guidance.

We are currently planning Decide Together: our first collaborative decision-making (CDM) event. Our main focus will be small steps you can take to do (more) CDM in your life.
We are offering ongoing Collaborative Leadership Labs with Roni Wiener and guest facilitators.

The “commons” is an openly shared and evolving set of CDM practices, free for anyone to use, contribute to, and offer feedback. The word “commons” refers to community resources cared for through community stewardship.
